St Grellan's Gaelic Football Club (Irish: 'Cumann Peile Ghrealláin Naofa') is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Ballinasloe, County Galway, Ireland. The club is a member of the Galway GAA. It is the Gaelic football section within Ballinasloe GAA.
The team was named in honour of Grellan, patron saint of Ballinasloe.

Ballinasloe GAA Club
Formed on the 1st of December 2005 when St. Grellan's GFC merged with Ballinasloe Hurling Club.
